We have received feedback from many of you regarding difficulties members are facing when trying to log in to their hospital email accounts. (Didn’t receive an email from Dots, Can’t log in to hospital email, I don’t have an email account)
To address this issue, we have coordinated with Dots. If a member encounters login problems, they should email credentials@dataonthespot.com.
Dots will request verification of the email address, phone number, or employee number we have on file. Once verified, they will redirect the ballot to the member’s personal email.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Members can do this anytime, up to and including the vote day.
