New Collective Agreement Vote *instructions from OCHU for voting

Hello Everyone,
We have received feedback from many of you regarding difficulties members are facing when trying to log in to their hospital email accounts.  (Didn’t receive an email from Dots, Can’t log in to hospital email, I don’t have an email account)
To address this issue, we have coordinated with Dots. If a member encounters login problems, they should email credentials@dataonthespot.com.
Dots will request verification of the email address, phone number, or employee number we have on file. Once verified, they will redirect the ballot to the member’s personal email.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Members can do this anytime, up to and including the vote day.

You can access the e-mail through there or if you think you’ve deleted it you can still access it by going to your deleted e-mails and moving it to your inbox.

🎁 CUPE 1943 Holiday Food Pickup

Don’t forget! Members can pick up their turkey, halal turkey, or vegetarian holiday option this Saturday and Sunday at the Level 2 Loading Dock (access via the Level 4 Gift Shop elevators).

CUPE 2025 Christmas Dinner

It’s that time of year again!
CUPE 1943 is excited to invite all of our members to our Annual Christmas Party.

Join us as we celebrate the season together with good food, great company, and plenty of holiday cheer.

Tickets are $10.00. The purchase is to hold the spot and will be refunded upon arrival at the party.
